Create a data capture mobile web app on the cloud in 10 mins

Lets try and create a mobile web app for capturing event registration data from attendees, without any coding.  We will use a cloud based online form builder (www.oneappcloud.com) to create our data capture form.

1. First lets create a basic form to capture information on the attendees. Lets assume it s a mobile meetup event and we want to know how many people are attending the event and the topic they are most interested in.

2. Now lets configure the 'settings' so that the form is "public" and available for data entry for anyone with the form link -

3. Next, lets configure a notification rule so that an email notification is sent out whenever a new registration record is created.

4. Finally, we publish the form on social channels and via direct emails. The form layout is adjusted to fit the device, so if you access it from an iphone you will see this -

5. The form is available for data entry in a mobile friendly format. All your form submissions are stored on the cloud. An email notification will be sent whenever a form submission occurs. Its that simple to create a mobile web app for data capture!

If you want to extend this to a native app, you can use tools like appmakr or phonegap to create a native  wrapper with a link to the form.
